They are both Series 2 which benefit from brighter displays and bigger batteries so last longer. Also able to make and receive calls on the watch as long as connected to your iPhone.

Slate grey is a Nike edition. Fitted with Apple leather loop in midnight blue.

Silver is the Apple Watch Sport. Fitted with leather loop in white.

Both have the Ion X Glass and ceramic backs.
